The data archive includes the following folders: Codes written in matlab for reproducing calculations and figures. The inputs and outputs are in the folder "Strength Profiles". Naming convention indicates the margin. Earthquakes includes the catalog of earthquakes compiled for each margin. Naming convention indicates the margin. Fluid release provides data of water released during dehydration published in the manuscript. Slab profiles are the xyz coordinates of the subducting slab top, which was used to create the thermal profiles and identify the base of the seismogenic zone. Strength profile files inlcude both the inputs (columns A through H) and outputs of the strength profiles produced for different margins using the files in "Codes". Subfolder naming conventions reference the cases in the paper. For margins of different thicknesses and fluid pressures, the file name corresponds to the values of those parameters in Table 1. Temperature profiles are calculated using the England and May (2021) thermal modes.
