Datasets, R package software and script allowing to reproduce the simulation scheme proposed in the article.<br>The file EUNAM_Dent_parents_subset_genotypes.txt contains a selection of parent genotype data from maize the EU-NAM Dent population (Bauer et al., 2013) obtained at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE50558.<br>The file EUNAM_Dent_parents_markers_subset_genetic_map.txt contains the genetic map information (marker name, chromosome, position in cM) of the marker calculated by Giraud et al.
