The complete mitochondrial genome of a rarely reported porcelain crab, <i>Pisidia striata</i> (Anomura, Galatheoidea, Porcellanidae), from the Chinese waters

The species <i>Pisidia striata</i> is predominantly distributed along the southeastern coast of China and belongs to the shallow-water crab family Porcellanidae. The complete mitochondrial genome of <i>P. striata</i>, which spans 15,357 bp and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs and 2 rRNAs, is presented in this study. The nucleotide composition reveals A (37.81%), T (35.48%), G (9.75%), and C (16.96%). Phylogenetic analysis demonstrates a close relationship between <i>P. striata</i> and <i>P. serratifrons</i> within the <i>Pisidia</i> clade with robust bootstrap support values. This mitochondrial genome will be a significant supplement for the genus <i>Pisidia</i> and whole mitogenome phylogenetic analysis provided insights into further evolutionary research of Porcellanidae.条纹豆形蟹（Pisidia striata）主要分布于中国东南沿海，隶属于瓷蟹科（Porcellanidae）浅海蟹类类群。本研究报道了该物种的完整线粒体基因组，其全长为15357 bp，包含13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA（transfer RNA, tRNA）基因以及2个核糖体RNA（ribosomal RNA, rRNA）基因。该基因组的核苷酸组成比例为：腺嘌呤（A）37.81%、胸腺嘧啶（T）35.48%、鸟嘌呤（G）9.75%以及胞嘧啶（C）16.96%。系统发育分析结果显示，在豆形蟹属（Pisidia）演化支内，条纹豆形蟹与锯齿额豆形蟹（Pisidia serratifrons）亲缘关系密切，且该聚类节点具有较高的自展支持置信度。该线粒体基因组将为豆形蟹属（Pisidia）的相关研究提供重要补充，而基于完整线粒体基因组的系统发育分析也为瓷蟹科（Porcellanidae）的后续进化研究提供了新的视角。
