H1299 cells treated with different mechanical stimuli

To investigate the effect of the tumor physical microenvironment on the biological behavior of lung cancer cells, the H1299 cell line was treated with different mechanical stimuli such as matrix stiffness and cyclic stretching为探究肿瘤物理微环境对肺癌细胞生物学行为的影响，本研究使用基质刚度、周期性拉伸等不同机械刺激处理H1299细胞系。
