We used bulk RNA sequencing to study the differences between iron-high and iron-low tumor associated macrophages in murine fibrosarcoma. Overall design: Cells were isolated from subcutaneous implanted syngeneic fibrosarcoma tumors in C57BL/6 mice. Cells were iron enriched using magnetic columns to obtain an iron positive eluate and an iron negative flowthrough. Both fractions were analyzed with bulk RNAseq.

我们采用批量RNA测序（bulk RNA sequencing）技术，探究小鼠纤维肉瘤（murine fibrosarcoma）内高铁与低铁表型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞（tumor associated macrophages）之间的转录组差异。
总体设计：从植入C57BL/6小鼠皮下的同基因纤维肉瘤中分离细胞；通过磁柱（magnetic columns）对细胞进行铁富集分选，分别获得铁阳性洗脱组分与铁阴性流出组分；对两组组分均开展批量RNA测序（bulk RNAseq）分析。
