The effect of positions on accuracy by EUS, EBUS and CT in the diagnosis of RLN lymph node metastases.

For the diagnosis of right RLN lymph node metastases, the sensitivity of EBUS was significantly different from that by EUS or CT (P P >0.05). The specificity of the diagnosis by EUS, EBUS and CT showed no significant difference (P >0.05). For the diagnosis of left RLN lymph node metastases, the sensitivity of EBUS showed a statistically significant difference from that by CT (PP >0.05). The sensitivity of this diagnosis by EUS and CT was not significantly different (P >0.05). The specificity of the diagnosis by EUS, EBUS and CT was not significantly different (P >0.05). The testing method was the McNemar Test. The sensitivity and accuracy of PET/CT were not significantly different from those by EUS or EBUS (P >0.05).
