Effects of acrylamide on zebrafish brain

Here we used a multi-omics approach with proteomic and transcriptomic methodologies, to identify the main key events involved in the development of neurotoxicity in zebrafish brain after acute exposure to 0.75 mM acrylamide for 72h.

本研究采用蛋白质组学（proteomic）与转录组学（transcriptomic）相结合的多组学研究策略，旨在明确斑马鱼脑组织在急性暴露于0.75毫摩尔丙烯酰胺（acrylamide）72小时后，其神经毒性发生发展过程中的关键核心事件。
