Coral associated bacterial community

To characterize bacterial communities associated with different coral species, and to explore the relationship between these symbionts and coral health, we collected healthy and bleached tissues from four coral species for high-throughput sequencing.为明确不同珊瑚物种关联的细菌群落特征，并探究这类共生菌与珊瑚健康之间的相互关系，我们针对四种珊瑚物种采集了健康组织与白化组织，用于高通量测序。
