GC-bias in high-throughput sequencing

A range of different bacterial isolates' genomic DNA were sequenced with a range of sequencing technologies to investigate sequencing coverage biases in high-throughput sequencing platforms, particularly in relation to GC-content.一系列不同细菌分离株的基因组DNA采用多种测序技术进行了测序，以探究高通量测序平台中的测序覆盖度偏差，尤其是与GC含量（GC-content）相关的偏差。
