Dictyostelium discoideum O-Thr-fucome from WT and SPY-KO developing cells (slugs)

Dictyostelium discoideum O-Thr-fucosylated proteins from WT and SPY-KO developing cells (slugs) were immunoprecipitated using anti O-Thr fucose polyclonal antibodies in 3 Biological Replicates, with 3 Technical Replicates each, by comparing AX3 (WT strain) against SPY-KO (mutant, deficient in O-fucosylation).

本数据集针对盘基网柄菌（Dictyostelium discoideum）野生型与SPY-KO发育阶段细胞（蛞蝓体）中的O-苏氨酸岩藻糖基化蛋白，采用抗O-苏氨酸岩藻糖多克隆抗体开展免疫沉淀实验；实验设置3次生物学重复，每重复包含3次技术重复，并以AX3野生型菌株为对照，与O-岩藻糖基化缺陷突变株SPY-KO进行对比分析。
