Raw germination data used in fig 4 and fig 6

The data in “*.csv” are the raw data of germination experiments. One line represents one seed. The column “time” contain the time of the observation of the germination of this precise seed. Status = 1 if the germination of the seed is observed. Status = 0, if the seed did not germinate at the end of the experiment (right censor). “Experiment” column represents a number which identify independent experiment made at different days. The two following tables are a summary of the statistical analysis that can be obtained from raw data with R script. One example of script (the file “example of script.R”) is given to improve the reproducibility and the transparence of the statistical analysis used.

“*.csv”文件内存储的是发芽实验的原始数据，其中每一行对应一粒种子。列“time”记录了该粒种子的发芽观测时刻：当观测到该种子发芽时，状态（Status）取值为1；若实验结束时种子仍未发芽，则状态取值为0（右截尾）。“Experiment”列为编号字段，用于标识不同日期开展的独立实验。后续两张表格为使用R脚本对原始数据进行统计分析后得到的结果汇总。为提升所用统计分析方法的可复现性与透明度，本文附带了一份示例R脚本文件“example of script.R”。
