Good overall data quality. Energy carrier mix information based on official statistical information including import / export. A detailed heat plant model was used, which combine measured emissions plus calculated values for not measured emissions of e.g. organics or heavy metals. Energy carrier extraction and processing data is of sufficient to good (e.g. refinery) data quality. Inventory is partly based on primary industry data, partly on secondary literature data.

Technical Purpose: Process steam (MJ) at heat plant for final consumers.

整体数据质量优良。能源载体（Energy carrier）结构信息基于涵盖进出口数据的官方统计资料。本次研究采用精细化热电厂模型，将实测排放数据与有机物、重金属等未实测排放项的计算值相结合。能源载体的提取与加工数据质量优良且充足（例如炼油厂相关数据）。本数据集的清单信息部分源自行业一手数据，部分取自二手文献资料。
技术用途：为终端消费者处理热电厂产出的蒸汽（兆焦，MJ）。
