This study characterized the genome-wide binding of FOXK2 in ovarian cancer (OC) cell OVCAR-5 and investigated the expression profile of OVCAR5 cells with FOXK2 knocking-down. Overall design: Two datasets are included: 1) Examined transcriptome of OVCAR5 cells transduced with control shRNA (shCtrl) and FOXK2-targeting shRNA (shFOXK2) in OVCAR5 cells (in biological duplicates); 2) Determined the genome-wide bindng and occupancy profile of FOXK2 in OVCAR5 cells by ChIP-seq (in biological duplicates).

本研究对卵巢癌(ovarian cancer, OC)细胞OVCAR-5中FOXK2的全基因组结合特征进行了系统表征,并探究了FOXK2敲低的OVCAR5细胞的基因表达谱。整体实验设计:本数据集包含两个数据集:1)针对转染对照短发卡RNA(short hairpin RNA, shRNA,shCtrl)及靶向FOXK2的短发卡RNA(shFOXK2)的OVCAR5细胞开展的转录组测序分析(设置两组生物学重复);2)通过染色质免疫沉淀测序(chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing, ChIP-seq)测定的OVCAR5细胞中FOXK2的全基因组结合与染色质占据谱(设置两组生物学重复)。
