Metagenomes of raw milk bacteria sampled from five provinces in China

We collected a total of 40 raw milk samples in five provinces in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, Inner Mongolia and Guangdong, to extract the bacterial metagenomic DNA and complete sequencing and uploading.

本研究从中国北京、上海、河北、内蒙古及广东五省市共采集40份生鲜乳（raw milk）样本，用于提取细菌宏基因组DNA（bacterial metagenomic DNA）并完成完整测序与数据上传。
