Low temperature is one of the most important environmental stresses that limit tea plants’ growth, survival and geographical distribution. However, the genetic regulatory network and signaling pathways involved in cold stress responses in tea plants remain unearthed.Using RNA-Seq, DGE and sRNA-Seq technologies, we performed an integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression profiling and their regulatory network of tea plants under chilling (4℃) and freezing (-5℃) stress.
低温是限制茶树生长、存活及地理分布的最重要环境胁迫因子之一。然而,茶树低温胁迫应答过程中涉及的遗传调控网络与信号通路仍未得到系统解析。本研究利用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)、数字基因表达谱(Digital Gene Expression, DGE)及小RNA测序(small RNA-Seq, sRNA-Seq)技术,对4℃冷胁迫与-5℃冻胁迫下茶树的微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)、信使RNA(messenger RNA, mRNA)表达谱及其调控网络进行了整合分析。
