In vitro assessment of prebiotic properties of xylooligosaccharides produced by Bacillus subtilis 3610 in a single-step process

In this work, in vitro studies were performed using human fecal inocula from two healthy donors (D1 and D2) to evaluate the prebiotic effect of commercial lactulose and XOS produced by Bacillus subtilis 3610.

本研究中，采用两名健康供体（D1与D2）的人体粪便接种物开展体外实验，以评估枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）3610所制备的商用乳果糖与低聚木糖（XOS）的益生元功效。
