This dataset integrates active ingredients, molecular targets, ADME/T parameters, and efficacy correlations of six medicinal materials (Cyperi Rhizoma, Perillae Folium, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) from Xiangsu San, a classic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula that regulates qi and induces diaphoresis to relieve exterior syndrome. It constructs a multi-component, multi-target, and multi-dimensional attribute matrix to support research on the material basis and action mechanism of pungent-warm exterior-releasing qi-regulating TCM compound prescriptions, and provides a standardized data platform for the modern interpretation and rapid screening of classic TCM prescriptions.
