Effect of cytidine supplementation on gene expression in Escherichia coli K12 MG1655

Transcriptomics (RNAseq data) of E. coli K12 MG1655 wt, K12 MG1655 cya, and K12 MG1655 cya crp cells, supplemented with cytidine or a pSEVA plasmid expressing crp. RNA was extracted from 12 hour old stationary phase cultures grown in liquid LB medium at 37 degree celsius.

本数据集涵盖大肠杆菌（E. coli）K12 MG1655野生型、K12 MG1655 cya突变株及K12 MG1655 cya crp双突变株的转录组学（RNAseq）数据，受试菌株分别添加胞苷或转化表达crp基因的pSEVA质粒。所有RNA样本均提取自37℃液体LB培养基中培养12小时的稳定期培养物。
