Community profiling of environmental Escherichia coli

The hypervariable gnd gene was used to provide population analysis of Escherichia coli obtained from water, soil, sediment, aquatic biofilm and deposited faecal samples, using metabarcoded amplicon sequencing.

本研究以高变gnd基因（hypervariable gnd gene）为分子标记，结合扩增子条形码测序（metabarcoded amplicon sequencing）技术，对从水体、土壤、沉积物、水生生物膜及沉积粪便样本中获取的大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）开展种群分析。
