This dataset supports the manuscript “Annual Endogenous Cycle and Thermal Drivers of Cocoon Hatching in the Earthworm Amynthas tokioensis” and includes both field-collected and experimental data. It contains: • Soil temperature records from 2014–2017, recorded every 6 hours at 5 cm depth using iButtons • Earthworm collection data including date, location, stage, and size • Laboratory incubation results from 2023–2024 analyzing cocoon hatching times and embryonic development stages under controlled temperatures The dataset also includes an R script used for statistical analysis and figure generation (Kaplan-Meier survival curves, Cox models, and developmental outcome summaries).
本数据集为研究手稿《东京远盲蚓(Amynthas tokioensis)茧孵化的年度内生周期与热驱动因子》提供数据支撑,包含野外采集数据与受控实验数据两类,具体内容如下: • 2014年至2017年土壤温度监测数据:采用iButtons设备在5厘米土层深度处,每6小时采集一次温度记录 • 蚯蚓样本采集数据:涵盖采样日期、采样点位、发育阶段及个体体型信息 • 2023年至2024年实验室孵化实验结果:分析了可控温度条件下蚯蚓茧的孵化时长与胚胎发育阶段 本数据集同时附带用于统计分析与图表生成的R脚本,可用于绘制卡普兰-迈耶(Kaplan-Meier)生存曲线、构建考克斯(Cox)模型,并生成发育结局汇总统计结果。
