CRISPR knock out the Satb2 or Foxd2 gene from mouse colonic organoids to validate core human and mouse large intestine stem cell enrich TFs. Overall design: Three genomic modified mouse colonic organoids (Ctrl, Foxd2 and Satb2 sgRNAs) were differentiated and collected for Bulk RNA-Seq Please note that the additional raw counts data (prior to normalization), which was generated from the process of generation of counts relative to genes using featureCounts with default parameters (unstranded mode), was included in the records on Nov 5, 2021.
