S. peregrina transcriptome analyses: predicted protein sequence

The dataset contains functional annotations and gene coding sequence annotations for S. peregrina. There are six annotation files: four functional annotation files and two structural annotation files. The four functional annotation files are the GO, KEGG, UniProt database annotation files and OrthoMCL results file of S. peregrina and D. melanogaster.本数据集包含S. peregrina的功能注释与基因编码序列注释信息。本次数据集共包含6份注释文件，其中4份为功能注释文件，剩余2份为结构注释文件。上述4份功能注释文件分别为S. peregrina与黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）的基因本体（Gene Ontology，GO）注释文件、京都基因与基因组百科全书（Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes，KEGG）注释文件、通用蛋白质资源数据库（Universal Protein Resource，UniProt）注释文件，以及OrthoMCL结果文件。
