本研究针对水稻中MoIug4开展了染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验：推定转录因子MoIug4由稻瘟病菌（Magnaporthe oryzae，M. oryzae）分泌并转运至水稻细胞核内。本次实验同时完成了MoAtf1的ChIP-seq分析，以解析MoIug4-绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）与水稻全基因组启动子结合的调控网络。
