Source code and data for Barents cliamte atlas

A collection of R-scripts and data (R-binary) used for climate analysis, downscaling and presenting climate outlooks for the Barents region. These have been used to make an atlas with maps of temperature change and analysis of precipitation and storms.<br>本数据集为一套用于巴伦支海区域气候分析、降尺度及气候展望展示的R脚本与R二进制数据（R-binary），已被用于制作包含温度变化专题地图、降水与风暴分析内容的气候图集。
