Whole-genome sequencing of Mycoplasma bovis isolates from cattle in China

This BioProject includes whole-genome sequences of Mycoplasma bovis strains isolated from cattle in China. The purpose of this project is to investigate the genomic characteristics, antimicrobial resistance profiles, and potential virulence factors of the isolates. The data generated will provide valuable insights into the epidemiology, genetic diversity, and pathogenic mechanisms of M. bovis, contributing to better prevention and control strategies for bovine mycoplasmosis.
