The Vestlandet Candidate Survey 2022

The Vestlandet Candidate Survey 2022 is a questionnaire survey aimed at candidates who completed their studies at the University of Bergen, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, or the Norwegian School of Economics in 2020. The project is commissioned by Sammen Career and is carried out by the analysis and research company ideas2evidence.

This is the ninth candidate survey that Sammen Career has conducted, and as before, the focus of the survey has been on the candidates' adaptation to the labor market, how the transition from study to working life has been, as well as the candidates' assessment of work life relevance. The survey also looks more closely at what skills the candidates feel their studies have given them, as well as the mobility of the candidates in the years after graduation - especially with regard to geographical mobility.

New for this year's survey is a set of questions related to the candidates' sociocultural background, as well as the extent of, and facilitation for, further and continuing education.

本次调查为Sammen Career举办的第九届毕业生调查，与往届一致，本次调研核心聚焦于受访者对劳动力市场的适应状况、从校园到职场的过渡经历，以及受访者对工作岗位匹配度的评价。此外，本次调查还将深入探究受访者认为自身学业所赋能的技能，以及毕业生毕业后数年内的流动情况——尤其是地理流动情况。

本届调查新增了一系列与受访者社会文化背景、继续教育的参与程度及相关支持情况相关的问题。
