Analysis of mouse colon using LC-MS

The colon tissues of mice in the blank group, model group and crocin treated group were analyzed, and corresponding differentially expressed proteins were identified from statistical analysis of standardized quantitative results. GO and KEGG analysis were performed to determine the protein interaction.

本研究对空白组、模型组及藏红花素处理组小鼠的结肠组织开展了分析，并通过标准化定量结果的统计学分析鉴定得到了对应的差异表达蛋白。随后进行了基因本体（Gene Ontology，GO）分析与京都基因与基因组百科全书（Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes，KEGG）分析，以明确蛋白质相互作用关系。
