Sequences obtained from a case of undifferentiated mucinous-type colon adenocarcinoma, which were obtained using different methodologies. The first sequence files correspond to sequences of PCR products targeting HLA class I genes (HLA-A, HLA-B, and HLA-C) compatible with the Illumina sequencing platform, corresponding to samples from tumor tissue, non-neoplastic tissue, and peripheral blood.Subsequently, the sequences correspond to those obtained using nanopore technology (Oxford Nanopore), enriched through the CRISPR/Cas9 system targeting HLA class I genes (HLA-A, HLA-B, and HLA-C), corresponding to tumor tissue, adjacent non-neoplastic tissue, and peripheral blood.Finally, exome sequences from the tumor tissue of the same case study are attached, which were obtained using the Illumina platform
