Molecular changes in the lung during otseosarcoma pre-metastatic niche formation

To profile the molecular changes in the lung during osteosarcoma pre-metastatic niche formation, we performed RNA-seq of lungs harvested from D0 and D14 after orthotopic implantation of K7M2 cells in balb/c mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for lungs harvested from D0 and D14 after orthotopic implantation of K7M2 cells in balb/c mice. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of three independent experiments.

为解析骨肉瘤转移前微环境（pre-metastatic niche）形成过程中肺部的分子变化，我们对BALB/c小鼠原位接种K7M2细胞后第0天（D0）及第14天（D14）采集的肺部组织开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）。针对BALB/c小鼠原位接种K7M2细胞后第0天与第14天采集的肺部组织RNA-seq数据，我们进行了比较基因表达谱分析。本研究的基因表达谱分析基于三次独立重复实验获得的RNA-seq数据完成。
