行使内容国道和二级（含）以上市道（含高速公路）：由各公路分局负责受理、初审及告知；由市交通委负责复审及决定。二级以下市道或县道：由各公路分局负责审批国道和二级（含）以上市道（含高速公路）：由各公路分局负责受理、初审及告知；由市交通委负责复审及决定。二级以下市道或县道：由各公路分局负责审批
For national highways and municipal roads at Level 2 and above (including expressways): the Highway Branch Offices shall be responsible for acceptance, preliminary review and notification; the Municipal Transportation Commission shall be responsible for reexamination and final decision. For municipal roads below Level 2 or county roads: the Highway Branch Offices shall be responsible for approval. For national highways and municipal roads at Level 2 and above (including expressways): the Highway Branch Offices shall be responsible for acceptance, preliminary review and notification; the Municipal Transportation Commission shall be responsible for reexamination and final decision. For municipal roads below Level 2 or county roads: the Highway Branch Offices shall be responsible for approval.
