Post-test refers to values at the first test after training, which was four days after last exercise session. Highest-VO2max refers to collected highest measured value of subjects within each group, independent of at which test point after training it occurred. VO2max is presented as ml · kg−1 · min−1. Significant differences from baseline within groups and differences between groups are typed in bold. Between group differences are post-test values.
