Transcriptome analysis in piRNA-resistant Masculinizer (Masc-R)-overexpressing silkworm. Bombyx mori strain:BmA3-GAL4 x Sumi13-3 (UAS-Masc-R)

The goal of this study is to know the effects of Masculinizer (Masc-R) overexpression on a global gene expression profile in the silkworm, Bombyx mori. Transcriptome analysis was performed using Masc-R-overexpressing neonate larvae.本研究旨在探究雄性化因子（Masculinizer，Masc-R）过表达对家蚕（Bombyx mori）全局基因表达谱的影响。本研究采用过表达Masc-R的初孵幼虫开展转录组分析。
