OsPIN9 CRISPR seedling RNA sequencing

To understand the molecular mechanism responsible for auxin-dependent root development regulated by OsPIN9, OsPIN9 CRISPR seedling and WT roots, as well as stem bases, were collected and transcript profiles were analyzed by RNA-seq.
