OsPIN9 CRISPR seedling RNA sequencing

To understand the molecular mechanism responsible for auxin-dependent root development regulated by OsPIN9, OsPIN9 CRISPR seedling and WT roots, as well as stem bases, were collected and transcript profiles were analyzed by RNA-seq.为解析OsPIN9调控生长素依赖型根系发育的分子机制，研究人员采集了OsPIN9 CRISPR编辑幼苗的根系、野生型（Wild Type）根系以及茎基部样本，并通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）对其转录本表达谱进行了分析。
