Rat hypothalamus: Methimazole (MMI)-saline vs MMI-T3. Rattus norvegicus

Sprague Dawley rats rendered hypothyroid with 22 days of MMI treatment with half the receiving T3 injection on day 21. Rats killed 24h later and hypothalamic tissue recovered. Overall design: Two condition experiment MMI vs MMI-T3 hypothalami 4 replicates per treatment

本实验采用斯普拉格-道利大鼠（Sprague Dawley rats），通过为期22天的MMI（甲巯咪唑）处理诱导其形成甲状腺功能减退状态；其中半数大鼠于第21天接受半剂量T3（三碘甲状腺原氨酸）注射。造模24小时后处死全部大鼠，分离收集下丘脑组织。实验整体设计：设置两组对照实验，即MMI组与MMI-T3组，每组处理均设置4次生物学重复，实验样本为下丘脑组织。
