本实验采用斯普拉格-道利大鼠(Sprague Dawley rats),通过为期22天的MMI(甲巯咪唑)处理诱导其形成甲状腺功能减退状态;其中半数大鼠于第21天接受半剂量T3(三碘甲状腺原氨酸)注射。造模24小时后处死全部大鼠,分离收集下丘脑组织。实验整体设计:设置两组对照实验,即MMI组与MMI-T3组,每组处理均设置4次生物学重复,实验样本为下丘脑组织。
