The feces were collected from individually housed mice at the last day of intragastric treatment. When the genomic DNA was extracted by Fast DNA SPIN extraction kits, it was further used as the template to amplify the 16S rRNA gene by Q5 High Fidelity DNA Polymerase.

粪便样本采集自单笼饲养的小鼠，采集时间为灌胃处理的最后一日。使用Fast DNA SPIN提取试剂盒（Fast DNA SPIN extraction kits）提取基因组DNA后，以该基因组DNA为模板，通过Q5高保真DNA聚合酶（Q5 High Fidelity DNA Polymerase）扩增16S rRNA基因（16S rRNA gene）。
