(2017) Biophys J. <br>Data.xlsx contains concurrent <i>in vivo</i> time-courses of metabolite, total protein and PTM protein concentrations in response to time-varying external ammonium levels. <br>Model.txt contains the mathematical model in the paper in SBML language.
