The UniProt database is L. monocytogenes_strain_ATCC_BAA-679_169963_PR_20190801. The quantitative information was the relative quantitative value. The LFQ intensity (I) of the protein in different samples was transformed to obtain the relative quantitative value (R) of the protein in different samples (the calculation formula is as follows: Rij = Iij/Mean (Ij), i is the sample, j is the protein), and the number of different proteins in the comparison group at each multiple of difference in the summary was calculated based on the relative quantitative value of the protein.

本次数据集关联的通用蛋白资源库(UniProt)条目对应单核细胞增生李斯特菌(L. monocytogenes)菌株ATCC BAA-679_169963_PR_20190801。本次定量信息采用相对定量值。通过对不同样本中蛋白质的无标记定量(Label-Free Quantification, LFQ)强度(记为I)进行转换,可得到该蛋白质在不同样本中的相对定量值(记为R),计算公式如下:R_ij = I_ij / Mean(I_j),其中i代表样本,j代表蛋白质。随后基于蛋白质的相对定量值,计算汇总统计中各差异倍数对应的比较组内差异蛋白数目。
