1) 'Figure4.fig', 'Figure5.fig', 'FigureS4.fig', 'FigureS5.fig' and 'FigureS6.fig' - Matlab Figures Those Matlab figures correspond to the ones in the related PRL article. 2) 'Script_analysis.m' and 'Initialisation_arrays.m' - Matlab Scripts These scripts are written in matlab language to analyse the data provided in this datasheet (Initialisation_arrays being a subfunction called by the main script). It conducts a basic analysis that takes as input the voltage arrays from the experiment and outputs the dimensionless quantities mentionned in the article : z, z0, z1, dW, dQ, W, Q. The comments and figures plotted by the script are meant to help the understanding. 3) 'protocol1_01.mat' to 'protocol1_1000.mat - Matlab files Data corresponding to 1000 erasures protocols of parameter \(\tau=50 ms\). (Using the notations of the article) Each file is in Matlab format and contains all the data from the experiment. For the analysis, we need in particular : 'dt' : the time discretisation, 'tau' : the steps duration, 'Sx' : the voltage corresponding to the position of the cantilever from the photodiodes, 'Sx0' : the driving voltage that controls the position of the potential barrier, 'Vs'  : the driving voltage that controls the ditance between the centers of the potential wells. 4) 'protocol2_01.mat' to 'protocol2_2000.mat - Matlab files Data corresponding to 2000 erasures protocols of parameter \(\tau=5 ms\). (Corresponding to the Figure S3 of the article) 5) 'slow_erasure_01.mat' to 'slow_erasure_2000.mat - Matlab files Data corresponding to 2000 erasures protocols of parameter \(\tau=200 ms\).
