Lymph node myeloid cells

C57BL/6J mice were treated with natural compounds (naringenin and naringin). CD11b-postive myeloid cells were sorted from lymph nodes, and RNA was isolated from sorted cells. Following C57BL/6J mice were administrated oraly by each compounds (200mg/kg) for 5 days, inguinal lymph nodes were resected. Single cell suspension was performed and then myeloid cells were sorted.

本研究以C57BL/6J小鼠为受试动物，先给予天然化合物（柚皮素（naringenin）、柚皮苷（naringin））处理：从淋巴结中分选CD11b阳性髓系细胞，并从分选获得的细胞中提取总RNA。随后，将各化合物以200 mg/kg的剂量经口给予C57BL/6J小鼠，连续给药5天后摘除腹股沟淋巴结；制备单细胞悬液后，分选髓系细胞。
