The goal of this study is to use H3K4me3 signal to mark the promoter regions of the p73 gene. The p73 gene expresses TAp73 and DNp73 isoforms, which use two different promoters. H3K4me3 is generally associated with the promoter of a gene and, therefore, can be used to mark the promoters for TAp73 and DNp73. Overall design: For wild type MCF10A cells, H3K4me3 were repeated twice. Other conditions were repeated once.

本研究旨在利用组蛋白H3赖氨酸4三甲基化(H3K4me3)信号标记p73基因的启动子区域。p73基因拥有两个不同的启动子,分别转录产生TAp73与DNp73两种同工型。由于H3K4me3通常与基因启动子区域相关联,因此可用于标记TAp73和DNp73对应的启动子。实验整体设计:针对野生型MCF10A细胞,H3K4me3相关实验重复两次;其余实验条件均仅重复一次。
