Transcriptome of cupuassu (Theobroma grandiflorum) challenged with Moniliophthora perniciosa

RNASeq of susceptible (SG) and resistant (RG) genotypes of cupuassu at the early stage of M.perniciosa infection. RNA were obtained from apical shoots at 24 HAI (hours after infection) and 48 HAI.

本数据集为杯状可可（cupuassu）在嗜热子囊菌（Moniliophthora perniciosa）侵染早期的易感型（SG）与抗病型（RG）基因型的RNA测序（RNASeq）数据。试验材料取自接种后24小时（HAI，hours after infection）与接种后48小时的顶芽组织，从中提取RNA进行测序分析。
