Expression data from liver samples overxpressing either the GFP or Phf2. Mus musculus

The GFP or Phf2 were overexpressed in the liver of C57Bl6/J mice through adenoviral gene delivery. Mice were studied in the fed state 3 weeks later. We used microarray analysis to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying Phf2 overexpression and identified distinct classes of up and down regulated genes. Overall design: RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.通过腺病毒基因递送方式，在C57Bl6/J小鼠的肝脏中过表达绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）或Phf2基因。3周后，于小鼠进食状态下开展实验研究。我们采用微阵列分析技术，详细解析了Phf2过表达背后的全局基因表达程序，并鉴定出了上调与下调基因的不同类别。整体实验设计：提取样本RNA，并在Affymetrix微阵列芯片上完成杂交反应。
