本研究针对喂食60%高脂饲料、并经化疗药物甲氨蝶呤（methotrexate，50 mg/kg）处理的肥胖小鼠肝脏代谢变化展开分析。本实验为单色实验。实验设置4组条件如下：1）低脂饲料，无药物处理；2）低脂饲料，给予50 mg/kg甲氨蝶呤处理；3）高脂饲料，无药物处理；4）高脂饲料，给予50 mg/kg甲氨蝶呤处理。所有实验条件均设置至少3次生物学重复（3~5次重复）。
