为保证鳊鱼安全性,需要对鳊鱼中恩诺沙星含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中兽药最大残留限量》(GB 31650—2019)中规定,鳊鱼中恩诺沙星最高限量值为100ug/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域鳊鱼含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1、.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2、对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f/m,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为微克每千克(ug/kg);C为试样待测液中恩诺沙星含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g) 。可得检查项目恩诺沙星的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比“农业部1077号公告-1-2008”中标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
To ensure the safety of blunt snout bream, it is necessary to control the enrofloxacin content in it. The National Food Safety Standard - Maximum Residue Limits for Veterinary Drugs in Foods (GB 31650—2019) stipulates that the maximum allowable limit of enrofloxacin in blunt snout bream is 100 μg/kg. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the enrofloxacin content indicators of blunt snout bream in the circulation field of Zhuji City, providing regulatory basis for relevant supervision departments.
1. Data Collection: The data are collected from spot-check samples obtained from markets in Zhuji City.
2. Detection Value Calculation: The detected values of spot-check products from local markets are calculated using the following formula: X = C × V × f / m, where: X is the content of the target component in the test sample, with the unit of micrograms per kilogram (μg/kg); C is the enrofloxacin content in the sample's test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V is the constant volume of the sample's test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m is the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g). The content data of enrofloxacin for the inspection item can thus be obtained.
3. Qualification Judgment: The above detected data are compared with the data requirements specified in "Announcement No. 1077-1-2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China". Samples with enrofloxacin content within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
