GNPS - Corals Metabolomic Profile to Establish Coral Cell Culture time-series experiment

Samples from Pocillopora demicornis were collected by airbrushing, frozen, lyophilized and extracted with methanol-water (4:1). Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish Flex UHPLC system coupled to an Orbitrap Exploris 240 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex 1.7 um 100 A pore size C18 reversed phase UHPLC column 150 x 2.1 mm (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA).

采用空气喷涂法采集双角杯形珊瑚（Pocillopora demicornis）样本，经冷冻、冻干处理后，以体积比4:1的甲醇-水溶液进行萃取。采用搭载轨道阱Exploris 240质谱仪（赛默飞世尔科技，德国不来梅）的Vanquish Flex超高效液相色谱（UHPLC）系统，完成非靶向液相色谱-串联质谱（Untargeted LC-MS/MS）数据采集。色谱分离采用规格为150×2.1 mm、粒径1.7 μm、孔径100 Å的Kinetex C18反相超高效液相色谱柱（菲罗门，美国加利福尼亚州托伦斯）。
