Polytrichum juniperinum (juniper haircap), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Polytrichum juniperinum, common name juniper haircap, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，本项目收集了针对桧叶金发藓（Polytrichum juniperinum，俗称桧帽金发藓（juniper haircap））生成的基因组与转录组数据，旨在助力该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目所产生的数据将依据达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行开放共享。
