Blood vessel autofluorescence lifetime monitors mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion injury

This dataset contains the data supporting partial results presented in the associated manuscript. It includes in vivo blood vessel autofluorescence lifetime data, heatmap and PCA data, as well as prediction result data for mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion injury.本数据集包含支撑相关稿件中部分展示结果的实验数据，涵盖活体（in vivo）血管自体荧光寿命（autofluorescence lifetime）数据、热图与主成分分析（PCA）数据，以及肠系膜缺血再灌注损伤（mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion injury）的预测结果数据。
