Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly invasive cancer with a poor prognosis. Using methylated DNA immunoprecipitation (MeDIP)-chip analysis, we found that 161 genes that were specifically hypermethylated in PANC-1 cells. 胰腺导管腺癌(Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, PDAC)是一类侵袭性极强、预后极差的恶性肿瘤。本研究通过甲基化DNA免疫沉淀(MeDIP)芯片分析,在PANC-1细胞中发现161个特异性高甲基化基因。其中,miR-615-5p的推定启动子区域发生高甲基化,进而沉默其在胰腺导管腺癌细胞系中的表达。本研究对PANC-1细胞系与正常胰腺组织进行了对比分析。
