Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Informative perimeters of Tourtrol’s local planning plan

The informational perimeters of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes:
— the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code;
— information reported on graphical documents for information purposes.
In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the PLU graphic documents.

本数据集所收录的地方规划计划（Local Planning Plan，LDP）信息边界，已依据CNIG的国家级规范要求完成数字化处理。此类边界所涵盖的，是出于合规性需求或信息公示目的新增的地理空间信息：
—— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条规定，需附于规划文件中的相关信息；
—— 为信息公示目的，在图示文档中标注的相关信息。
若PLU图示文档中存在对应内容，本数据集将涵盖04类（城市优先购买权范围，Urban Preemption Right Perimeters）与05类（延迟开发区，Deferred Development Areas）的相关信息。
